CraftyStats grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our analytics platform. You may not:

• Transfer, sell, or rent the CraftyStats service or any part thereof
• Modify or create derivative works of our platform
• Reverse engineer our software
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share or distribute data obtained from our service without authorization

3.1. CraftyStats provides Etsy marketplace analytics and insights. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of all data.

3.2. You agree to use the analytics data responsibly and in compliance with Etsy's terms of service.

3.3. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on our analytics data.

4.1. Paid services are billed in advance. All payments are processed through Paddle.com.

4.2. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

4.3. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

5.1. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time.

5.2. For paid services, we will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

5.3. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6.1. CraftyStats provides its service "as is" without any warranty of any kind.

6.2. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service.

6.3. We are not responsible for any loss of data or business interruption.
