Refund Policy

A. Subscription and Trial Period

CraftyStats offers two subscription options:

  • 12-month subscription plan
  • Monthly subscription plan

New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period. Important notes about the trial:

  • Only one trial membership per user is permitted
  • Your subscription will automatically start at the end of the trial period
  • You will be billed according to your chosen plan when the trial ends
  • You can cancel anytime during the trial period to avoid being charged

B. Refund Conditions

Standard Subscriptions:

  • Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable
  • Annual subscription fees are non-refundable after the first 30 days
  • Refunds may be issued in cases of technical issues preventing service access

Account Termination:

  • If we terminate your account due to Terms of Service violations, no refund will be issued
  • If we terminate service availability, a pro-rated refund will be issued for the remaining period

C. Cancellation Process

You can cancel your subscription in several ways:

  • Through your account management page on our website
  • By contacting our support team at [email protected]
  • Through Paddle's customer portal (for payment-related issues)

If you experience any issues with cancellation:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  • We will process your cancellation request within 24 hours
  • If technical issues prevented timely cancellation, we will review refund eligibility

D. Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are processed through Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorized payment processor. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing times for refunds:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
